Modelling contracts aside, Jamie Burke is best known for his 2005 fling with Kate Moss, which began when they met on Richard Branson's private island where she had retreated post Pete Doherty and flourished on the slopes at Aspen. Since then he's helped Sienna Miller and Lindsay Lohan through some heartache – and earned himself the ‘starf***er' nickname in the process. But Jamie's been the perfect gentleman. He's never spoken about what it's like to date La Moss. Until now. ‘Oh, you know, we got on well and... nature took its course. I won't lie, I was f***ing chuffed. I had a ball for a few months,' he reveals. ‘It was really weird, man, my life did change a lot. Hanging with her, I saw first-hand what her life is like, and you wouldn't wish that on anyone. I suddenly had photographers on my doorstep and the News of the World sending me fake f***ing FedEx so they could get into my building, because they think if they come face to face with you and offer you a huge sum of money you'll talk...' But though he resisted dishing all to the tabloids, one can safely assume Jamie brought it up amongst his circle of friends. His father was quoted (somewhat disturbingly we think) as saying ‘Well done, my son.' 'Most blokes do say that. It's the girls who are like, she's blah, or she's blah.' Ooh, I wonder why.
