Our favourite OC star has been out and about in the LA sunshine lately and we're loving her new look. Gone is Rachel's jeans and tee uniform that we'd all grown tired of and in are flirty florals and soft tailoring. Despite her pint-sized frame, Rachel sticks to flats (a girl after our own heart) for off-duty dressing but she makes them work by choosing very carefully. Note the black lace-up boots (a trend that's going to be huge come autumn) styled to perfection with her red floral frock and denim jacket. One hell of a Nineties homage there! Rachel also knows how to dress for her shape. Minidresses are ideal for her petite frame. From an LBD to that denim strapless number, with just a few subtle accessories thrown on, she nails effortless dress. Her sexy barely-brushed locks are a nice touch, too. Welcome back Rachel!
