It was surprising that even with the presence of Madonna, Kate Moss and Posh, it was Kiefer Sutherland who was the talk of the Met Ball back in May. But of course it wasn't because he chose to wear something silver, short or Louis Vuitton ‘ears', rather it was because of the alleged fracas between him and the Proenza Schouler designer, Jack McCollough. Kiefer and Jack seemed to have kissed and made up behind the scenes, after issuing a joint statement at the time; ‘I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr McCollough was injured,' Sutherland said. 'I appreciate Mr Sutherland's statement and wish him well,' The designer added about the alleged cranial collision (or headbutt to you and me). And now the Manhattan District Attorney has confirmed that, after a full investigation, they have decided not to prosecute. While we might have liked to have seen Jack's courtroom outfits, we are pleased that this has been maturely resolved.
