I'll be 35 in a few weeks and, after spending most of my twenties overweight, I am finally fit, healthy and happy to be a size 10. I've treated myself to a pair of killer Yves Saint Laurent Tribute heels and want to get an outfit to show them - and me - off. Niamh
Congratulations! I know you're desperate to get your fashion mojo on, but resist any urge to revisit your lost decade. Go for style goddess, not catwalk slave. You've got the killer heels, so by all means get your legs out. Or go knee-length and show some cleavage. Or go bare-shouldered and nip in your waist. Just don't do all of these things at once. In your thirties, overstatement sucks the life out of your style power.
