Whilst doing the promotional rounds for her new film "I Love You Beth Cooper", pint-sized Hayden Panettiere has put on quite the fashion show. This week has been all about the dress for Ms. Panettiere; from an elegant jewel-dripping shift to a balloon sleeve Elizabeth and James triumph, Hayden's frocks have one thing in common - a high hemline. Proportion perfectors for her petite frame, mini dresses are ideal for dressy day-time affairs and great for the NYC summer sunshine. Bar one look where Hayden opted for classic Christian Louboutin courts she's been toughening her feminine dresses with platform footwear, which she teamed with neat clutch purses and simple jewellery to add interest. We must also bring to your attention to Hayden's gorgeous honey-glow and sun-kissed locks - curly or straight they looks fabulous!
