We hope that Marc Jacobs isn't working himself into the ground over in the US of A, because it turns out that the designer's ‘hectic work schedule' has caused him to push back his wedding to fiancé Lorenzo Martone until August. One of the most anticipated events in the fashion calendar this year, the delay to the couple's nuptials was revealed by Martone, at an event he co-hosted to celebrate New York's gay pride festivities on Saturday, and it looks like he had a point to make with the décor: "Because of gay pride, I thought a picture about love would be appropriate," he noted. "The picture is called ‘Election Love' and is about the intimacy between Barack and Michelle, even in public." Yikes. Throw a sickie already Marc and show Lorenzo some love! [WWD]
