It's not your average fashion shoot. But being cast in the annual Pirelli calendar is considered a big, uber-prestigious deal, because it's given only to the most important customers and VIP celebrities around. Legendary photographers Richard Avedon, Mario Testino and Nick Knight have all shot for it, and everyone from Naomi Campbell to Sophia Loren has been featured on its pages. So it's interesting to see that this year 'It' Brit models Daisy Lowe, Lily Cole and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have been picked to, ahem, bare all to be shot by Terry Richardson in Brazil for the 2010 calendar. Alongside supermodels like Catherine McNeil and Miranda Kerr, it's a sign we can certainly hold our own modelling-wise in international waters. [Fashionologie]
