Has Lindsay Lohan landed a new high-fashion job?

Well, she's struggled to get insured on a movie set, but her leggings range has been a sell-out in the States, so perhaps the rumours that Lindsay Lohan's about the score a top job in the fashion industry aren't that crazy... The Hollywood starlet is apparently being lined up as a ‘creative consultant' for the House of Emanuel Ungaro, because they think she'll bring the company a bit of ‘buzz' and ‘new energy'. But the news hasn't gone down very well with current head designer Esteban Cortazar, who's been at Ungaro for three seasons. (Well, to be fair, you can kind of see why he wouldn't think the star, who's had stints in rehab, would be the most reliable colleague...) ‘Esteban is threatening to leave the company if they bring Lindsay on as a consultant,' a fashion insider has told a US reporter. ‘It has been a revolving door of designers there and if he leaves, his team will go with him.' The rumours still aren't confirmed but we do know that Ungaro has been looking for a new, young girl on the block to be their muse for a while.
