The new Model Rich List: Who’s lost £6million?

  

We're treading a ‘daily cappuccino or new gladiator sandals?' line where our finances are concerned at the moment and it looks like even the supermodels aren't unaffected by the recession. Gisele Bundchen still scores the top spot in the new annual Forbes list of top earning models, but her income's dropped by £6 million. (So we're thinking she should back off on betting on football results for now!). Miranda Kerr and Carolyn Murphy are also earning less and some models have dropped off the list all together: Gemma Ward, Hilary Rhoda and Karolina Kurkova, who has fronted campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino and Victoria's Secret. But there are some positives. The other top four models - Heidi Klum, Kate Moss, Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes - are estimated to be increasing their incomes compared to this time last year.
