The Holy Grail of fashion is dressing cool when the weather is unpredictable. Polo has the extra complication of requiring you to dress up for what is essentially a party in a field. My solution is mixing soft and structured. A soft dress's informality looks good in a country setting while a structured jacket smartens it up. Model/actress Joy Bryant and Anne Hathaway's dressy coats are perfect for this look, while Isla Fisher gives the look a more youthful edge with a biker. Be careful with those heels if you know you're going to be on soft ground. A wedge would be better if you really need the height.
