Is it just us or is there something afoot over in fashion? Everyone seems to be movie mad... First it was Valentino's documentary Valentino: The Last Emperor, then Coco Chanel's biopic Coco Avant Chanel premiered in Paris a few weeks ago, and now Dior's John Galliano is getting in on the action. The Lady Noire Affair, directed by La Vie En Rose's Olivier Dahan and starring Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard, is just six and a half minutes long, and tells a story ‘set and inspired by Paris'. ‘I'm always pushing Dior to try something new', says Galliano, ‘this was the perfect adventure.' And he's not wrong. The film is just the first instalment in a series of episodes following Lady Noire and Cotillard's co-star, Dior's best selling Lady Dior bag. ‘This is only one part of the adventure. The mystery is all part of the allure.' Oh John, you do spoil us...
