Angela Missoni for H&M – coming soon?

Phew... We haven't even survived the scrums that are bound to greet Matthew Williamson's launch at H&M tomorrow morning yet, but speculation is already mounting about the next designer collaboration for the high-street store. In a not-so-subtle shout-out to H&M, 55-year-old Angela Missoni has said she'd like to design something that would reach Britain's ‘younger' market: ‘I would like to do something with H&M because I think it is a very powerful way to reach younger girls now.' And considering H&M's veteran designer Margareta Van den Bosh said last month she was looking into the next collaboration, we reckon she'll be picking up the phone soon. After all, the opportunity to bag a piece from Missoni – famous for its colourful rainbow-stripe prints – on the high street is too good to miss. Plus, we'd get to see one of our favourite fashion crushes, Margherita Missoni, wearing something a normal gal might be able to afford! [Telegraph]
