Harvey Nichols: A/W first look!

The Harvey Nichols press day is always a fun outing for the Grazia fashion team. It's a chance to get up close and personal with the items that fashion buyers (the people in the know for next season's hotly feted collections) have decided to stock come a few months' time. This means they'll be the items we can start daydreaming about, like, right now. Our first heads up goes to hot new brand Clemency. The first collection – full of metallic leather jackets and a russet silk dress to die for – is exclusively stocked in Harvey Nics, and will fast produce future classics for your wardrobe. The other items we tip to fly off the shelves are: Christopher Kane's black velvet biker jacket; YSL's pencil heeled court shoes; the Versus by Christopher Kane embellished Chelsea boots; Proenza Schouler's sell-out PS1 bag (reappearing in a sumptuous shade of purple suede); and Philip Lim's sexy leather mini. All are sure to be snapped up by savvy fashionistas. Plus, we couldn't help but fall in love with Lanvin's kooky cartoon T-shirt, seeing as paillettes, sequins and netting are a must-have addition for A/W. Last but not least, the new Current Elliot pieces – a cutesy military jacket and some tie-dye motocross jeans – definitely make our denim grade. Don't say we didn't warn you to start saving...
