Happy Birthday Alexander McQueen!

If you're throwing a birthday party, you can count on Kate Moss to turn up. She's not one of those flaky friends who will RSVP and then call at the last minute to cancel. Two nights ago she celebrated Sir Philip Green's 57th birthday and last night she was out again – and still wearing that YSL tuxedo jacket, can we just note – to toast legendary designer Alexander McQueen turning 40. Kate was joined by Stella McCartney, Beth Ditto, and, er, Miquita Oliver to party into the wee hours with Lee McQueen at Shoreditch House. And while we hear he had a very special birthday cake for the event, looks like only Kate turned up bearing a gift for the designer, from a swanky Place Vendôme address in Paris...
