Mrs Deyn must be so proud...! Not only has she got a supermodel for a daughter, now her youngest child Emily has just launched a fashion label. The 17-year-old sibling of Agyness has teamed up with her long-term friend Aliyah Hussain to put together a range of T-shirts, paying homage to none other than Queen Elizabeth II, whom Emily called ‘the original gangster!' (How Dolce & Gabbana...) ‘The shirts are part of an ongoing project called "Long may she reign" about British patriotism and our lovely Queen Liz,' explains Aliyah, who met Emily at Manchester Metropolitan University where they are both still students. ‘By updating her image... we are trying to reaffirm her status as the queen of cool, and not just Gran Bretagna.' Well, she certainly is when her face is showcased by none other than Agyness Deyn! The supermodel was the first to wear her sister's design (above) - a silkscreen print of Queen Elizabeth superimposed with a photograph of sunglasses and a Marilyn Monroe grin - backstage at Anna Sui, where she took to the catwalk this New York Fashion Week. And now you can channel the Deyn look too! The T-shirts have just gone on sale with profits going back into the Emily and Aliyah's next design project. Which they'll start when they've finished school. Bless! [Nylon]
