And we're off! In what seems like a never-ending Continental carousel of fashion shows, Paris Fashion Week kicks off today with the likes of Anne-Valerie Hash and Gareth Pugh leading the proceedings. Tomorrow, we're going backstage at Balmain (we can't wait to see what Tom Pechaux and Sam McKnight come up with for make-up and hair, btw), and for Friday we're most excited by Lanvin and the Christian Dior show, which, with John Galliano's crazy, colourful signature pieces will be the perfect pick-me-up for how we're feeling right now. On to Saturday and Loewe will be the one to watch, but on Sunday we'll be backstage with the big man himself, Mr Karl Lagerfeld (eek!), to round off the weekend nicely, so be sure to check out our live Twittering and updates LIVE on Grazia Daily over the weekend. Tuesday morning's Chanel show will be one of the biggest highlights of the season. So much so that we're even hopping on the 5.20am train back to the Grand Palais to make sure we don't miss it (and trying to suss out what the amazing set will be this year.) Oh, and how would any Paris Fashion Week be complete without our staple diet of steak and pommes frites. Delicious!
