After LiLo and Sam Ronson jetted into Heathrow yesterday to ‘further' la Lohan's music career by going to 'write songs' with Bryan Adams(!) at his swanky pad in Chelsea, the pair have been spotted out on a mammoth shopping spree this afternoon. First stop was Selfridges where she picked up an Herve Leger bandage dress and two pieces from the new Erin Wasson collection, and then it was onto Harvey Nichols, where she was spied eyeing up a £1500 Rick Owens leather jacket.
