BAFTA red carpet watch: Angelina Jolie in Giorgio Armani Privé

The rumour might be that Angelina Jolie has started dressing down for the awards ceremony circuit since she fails to be picking up any trophies for The Changeling but there's certainly no evidence of that tonight at the BAFTA film awards. She's just stepped onto the red carpet wearing a Giorgio Armani Privé black silk crepe bustier evening gown with yellow edging, which we first saw on at the couture show 10 days ago. Top marks for speediness! The actress, nominated for The Changeling, apparently wanted to wear a necklace with the dress but had to opt for a cuff so as not to ruin the neckline. So whilst it might be black - this is Angelina you know, she doesn't do colour on the red carpet or anywhere else - she looks impossibly glamorous as always, with her hair in a half-up half-tumbling down 1960s style beehive.
