BAFTA countdown: dress predictions!

Only 48 hours to go until the A-listers choose their dresses for Sunday's BAFTAs – we can practically hear the low rumble of sewing machines and sharp snipping of scissors all over London! And as much as we can't wait to see if Kate will make it a hat trick before the Oscars, or if Angelina will pip her to the prize, we're placing bets now as to who'll wear what on the red carpet. We already know Ferretti has been in high demand by three or four actresses, whilst Ben de Lisi has been dismissed out of hand for Kate Winslet. We're braving the weather to bring you LIVE COVERAGE on Sunday night - via our Twitter feed here - and we will be the first to show you the dresses, the nominations and the gossip right here on Grazia Daily. So see you Sunday!

In the meantime, here are our BAFTA dress predictions...

Kate Winslet

Kate's been seriously working Narciso Rodriguez, YSL and let's not forget that one-shoulder Balmain show-stopper. So our money's on this strapless Balmain figure-hugger, we LOVE it.

Freida Pinto

Our sources tell us that Freida's currently choosing between Armani and Chanel (it's a tough life, hey?). But seeing as her stylist revealed only this week that Freida's firm favourite has always been the French fashion house, we reckon she'll opt for one of Karl Lagerfeld's creations. And what could be more glamorous than this from the recent couture collection.

Angelina Jolie

Ange is a Grecian goddess if ever there was one, and with her and Brad's appearance confirmed for Sunday (hurrah!), her love of Max Azria and Atelier Versace makes us lean towards this show-stopper.

So what do you think? Place your bets below, and in the meantime have a click through last year's gowns below over your lunch break.
