Michelle Obama hairstylist

Thought every thread, stitch and hair of Michelle Obama's Inauguration outfit had been analysed already? You were wrong! US chat shows are still finding yet more of the First Lady's style entourage – this time Rahni Flowers, the hair stylist she's used since she was just 18, has spoken out. (And no, he's not the one getting a reality TV show out of his work with Mrs O). Rahni reveals even he was kept in the dark about her outfits before the big day but that they met at 4am that morning to groom her hair into a look that would last from the early morning church service to the evening ball with only very minor adjustments. He also says that because of the economic situation in the States at the moment, he and Michelle have decided it's not pragmatic to fly him back and forth from his home town of Chicago so he's training some staff in DC so they're up to speed on what she needs hair-wise. Good to know. Bets on how long it takes before they're wheeled out to a daytime TV sofa near you...? [Huffington Post]
