All this week we've been bringing you news from Paris Couture Week, but when we did our A-list round up yesterday, we didn't anticipate just how many stars would show up to the Fashion Dinner for AIDS event (they all come out for a party don't they!). Held at the Pavillion d'Armenonville in Paris last night, guests ranged from First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and actress-cum-model Milla Jovovich to the gorgeous (and not seen enough) Vanessa Paradis and Diane Kruger.
