Fashion heads-up! Inès de la Fressange, Karl Lagerfeld's first and probably most famous muse at Chanel, will make a return to the couture catwalk this afternoon to model two looks for her friend, Jean Paul Gaultier. The 52-year-old mother of two has not appeared on a runway for almost 20 years but remains an internationally recognised style icon. She left Chanel in 1990 after a disagreement with Karl over her decision to be represented as the French national icon, Marianne. She then launched her own collection. She now has a creative role at the house of Roger Vivier. 'You see I am not afraid to make a fool of myself,' she joked at a Roger Vivier press breakfast this morning. Somehow we doubt that will happen. Check in here for first pictures this afternoon.
