ASOS buck the crunch

20 January 2009

Every self-respecting recessionista is well aware of the bargains to be had at, so it's hardly a surprise the online retailer is seriously bucking the credit crunch. ASOS (which stands for As Seen on Screen) have just announced a massive profit margin in the run up to Christmas, attracting 5.2 million customers in December. Their biggest sellers were apparently Mischa Barton style lace dresses and black wet look leggings, but considering new stock's added practically every hour there's plenty to keep you shopping even now. To celebrate we've had a quick scour of all ASOS's own-brand pieces and found our top five buys all for under £40. Enjoy!
