A box full of Boudicca

 defaultdefault

Fashion is thinking inside the box - this box - the one that you are reading this on. The computer for goodness sake! First it was Temperley who decided to cancel their AW09 catwalk show and present it on the internet instead, and now Boudicca have announced that instead of showing their couture collection on the Parisian catwalks, they are launching a website during Couture Week (Jan 26th to 29th) detailing the process behind the collection. From inspiration, to design, to fittings, to run-through, to the final fabulous collection, it will all be recorded on the website through music, art, collages and essays (pictures and videos too we hope). Basically you get to see everything from start to finish - far more juicy than just a show. Why can't everyone do both? Wouldn't you love to see the Galliano and Lagerfeld process in the lead up to the big reveal?
