Poor old Disney. A recent survey has revealed that classic fairy tales like Cinderella and Snow White are apparently ‘too scary' for children. Next they'll be telling us we can't grow up to be princesses... [Times]

Talking of princesses, Mrs O will go to the (Inaugural) Ball next Tuesday, but meanwhile we predict she'll be sleeping in Armani sheets now that Michael Smith has been appointed as the White House decorator... [Huffington Post]

We didn't think there could be a Kate Winslet video to rival that Golden Globes speech this week. But here's the actress appearing on Oprah to discuss new flick The Reader ,  which includes the immortal phrase: ‘God bless your real breasts!'   Hmmm... [Jezebel]
