When art and fashion collide

The pesky credit crunch may have cancelled the annual Marc Jacobs Christmas party (we are gutted that we didn't get to see the designer's fancy dress costume of choice - last year he went as a giant camel toe), but thankfully Marc is hosting a bash in New York on Thursday for the launch of the latest Louis Vuitton-Stephen Sprouse collection. While it may not be as wild as the festive do, the event also coincides with the Stephen Sprouse retrospective, Rock on Mars, and is bound to attract some of the late-artist's biggest fans including Debbie Harry, Iggy Pop and Agyness Deyn. And of course, as soon as we hear the insider party-news, we will pass it on to you before you can say ‘graffiti'.

See this weeks issue of Grazia for a preview of the incredible Louis Vuitton-Stephen Sprouse collection which launches January 17th.
