OMG, it’s the Graziatini!

Readers, meet the Graziatini. Graziatini, meet the readers. You're going to be great chums tonight, we just know it. How excited were we when top mixologist Jay Lambert, from Quo Vadis in London's Soho, offered to design Grazia our very own cocktail especially to see in the brand new year? A potent combination of fun, fizz and strength, we like to think it captures the essence of Grazia perfectly. So we've bought the ingredients, chilled the glasses and are ready to unleash the Graziatini on our unsuspecting guests. Cheers, here's to 2009!

The Graziatini

40ml Tanqueray Gin
20ml Raspberry Eau de Vie
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
70ml Perrier Jouet Champagne

Shake first four ingredients together, strain into a champagne flute and top with the champagne. Garnish with a single raspberry dropped into the drink.
