Wow what a year it's been! 2008 may go down in history as the year the British credit finally crunched, but looking back on a lighter note - it's been an amazing year in fashion. From the highs and the lows to the historic moments, here's what we'll get nostalgic about come 2009....
September: Victoria Beckham takes Manhattan with a new ‘Pixie’ cropped hair-do and showcases her first ever collection of dresses to New York journalists and fashion buyers. After selling out before they even hit the shop floor of Selfridges in Manchester and London – let’s just say that they were somewhat of a success! Oh and we just could not forget the Prada SS09 catwalk show in Milan. The extreme heels debate begins as Miuccia Prada sends the models down the runway in sky-high heels and slippery socks, that sees many of them crash to the floor!
