We're all for buying into the Obama dream. Wearing a Zac Posen tee, say. Or pinning a Che Guevara style HOPE badge to our lapel. But we're not sure about this bit of Obama bling. US Vogue Editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley was spotted wearing a £15 crystal encrusted Obama hat at the Oscar de la Renta pre-fall show in New York this week and apparently he's ordered an overcoat with Barack Obama's face done in crystals across the back to wear for the Presidential Inauguration in January. Yikes. We guess that's one way to make, ahem, a fashion statement...[WSJ]
