Links of London goes couture with their new Creative Director

26 November 2008

Believe it or not jewellery boutique Links of London was founded just over 10 years ago after a bizarre request by a local restaurant owner for a pair of fish cufflinks as a gift for his clients. But in a short space of time it has become a treasure trove for fabulous contemporary classics and fashion must-haves including the well known ‘sweetie' bracelets. And it is set to get even better as Links of London prepares to go couture following the arrival of new Creative Director Elizabeth Galton (you may recognise her from BBC2's Dragon's Den in 2005 in which she secured a major investment helping her to expand her own line) with her debut collection of two show-stopping made to order necklaces 'Flutter & Wow'. The two necklaces take the form of an inter-connecting heart-shaped cage available in either gold or silver and are meant to represent the fluctuating rythms of love. We better be on our best behaviour as this is going at the top of our  Christmas wishlist!
