Burberry re-opens Knightsbridge store

default

Fresh from Britifying Hollywood with the new Burberry store in Beverly Hills, Christopher Bailey is back on our shores to focus on West London. The Creative Director re-opens the Burberry store in Knightsbridge today to reveal the brand's distinctively British aesthetic. ‘It felt instinctively like the right moment to redesign it,' Christopher told us of the Brompton Road store. ‘It is very much going back to our history and our roots, using signature colours associated with Burberry and reflecting our heritage. It uses traditional British materials such as stone, wood and nickel. The brand has so much momentum and energy that I wanted to capture that, combined with our history and the modern edge and global appeal of the brand.' The 11,000 square foot will showcase men's and women's ready-to-wear from the Burberry Prorsum and Burberry London collections, sport, childrenswear and a full assortment of accessories including bags, jewellery and shoe collections. Which means we'll be heading down there for some Christmas presents - for ourselves! See you there...
