We might have been tucked up at home hiding from the snow for another mega evening of Strictly Come Dancing and X-Factor, but over in the US it was a much more glamorous affair. Award ceremonies were the order of the day with CNN's All Star Tribute evening in New York honouring everyday people and their amazing accomplishments whilst in LA the music industry's A-list were dressed to impress for the 2008 American Music awards.
