The Republican candidate Sarah Palin has finally had her say and set the record straight regarding her so- called $150,000 campaign trail wardrobe, in an interview with Fox News. Palin, who has been heavily criticised for her expensive choice of outfits (including a $500 Elie Tahari suit on election night) she said she had never even set foot in American department stores Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. So where did all the clothes come from? She claims she was simply following orders from the Republican National Committee stylists but said "looking back, if people had to do something over again, I think they would have been more than happy...to reverse some of that and let me go back to Alaska, pack my own bags, wear my own clothes on the trail." Ok, so we'll let you off this time Sarah - but what about your seven year old daughter Piper? Her Louis Vuitton handbag may have been fake but it seems now she's wearing high-heels. Did someone say mini-me?!
