Commes des Garcon's collection for H&M doesn't go on sale until the the 1 of November in the UK (and the 13 November in the US) but one lucky lady has already managed to get her mitts on this cute polka dot blouse from the collection! Katie Holmes has been upping her fashion ante since she started work on Arthur Miller's All my sons Broadway production, and the Commes des Garcons for H&M blouse is her latest  savvy move. Who said being a Hollywood actress doesn't have it perks! [The Cut]
