Kate Perry thought she had the last laugh when she dived onto a giant red cake whilst performing at the MTV Mexico Latin American awards last night, but instead, as she made her exit from the stage she took a tumble and then, um, let's say struggled to make it back on to her feet. Though she's not the first and certainly wont be the last if recent events at the Spring Summer 09 shows and in particular Muccia Pradas sky-scraper heels that sent models flying in Milan, are anything to go by. So as we sit back and wait for the next victim to make that dreaded trip - sit back and enjoy!
