Paris isn't exactly the city you'd immediately associate with all-American designer Ralph Lauren. But that's about to change. He's just opened his largest women's boutique in the world in the French capital - and we popped in to have a look. Previously an 18th-century hotel, the 600 square metres of shopping heaven are beautifully decorated with ornate antique silver, wrought iron cases and mirrored panelling, finished off with a grand staircase and crystal chandeliers. And then there are the clothes! All of Ralph Lauren's women's clothing and accessories under one roof sounds like a good reason to jump on the Eurostar to us. Any excuse, hey?
