Giles puts the fun into Fay

We've just bumped into F.O.G (that's friend of Grazia) Brit designer Giles Deacon, who was showing the S/S ‘09 capsule collection he designs for Italian luxury weekend wear brand Fay at Milan's answer to Buckingham Palace, Pallazo Reale. The collection was a riot of opal fruit brights: hot pink, zingy yellow and electric blue - we loved them all. Stand out pieces were floor sweeping pique polo dresses (perfect for a night out on Capri), head turning rose print bags and - Giles's favourite - double layer trench coats, the laser cut over layer revealed flashes of  turquoise below. Highlights of the Fay main collection were crayon bright patent shoppers and shiny vinyl pea coats. So in short, the news from Fay is the future is bright. Take a look at their summer collection below and let us know your thoughts.
