As the sun set on London Fashion Week last night and the last model exited the runway the international fashion editors left their front row seats and began to think, ‘what will one wear for Milan fashion week?’ That’s right, not even 24 hours after one fashion week ends another one has begun, and in serious style with the Gucci show the must see show on the schedule today.
Now, even though our Executive Fashion Director, Charlie Miller is the most organised and meticulous person we know she needs YOUR help deciding on what to wear to Thursday’s shows! Perhaps the most fashion fabulous day of the week, Thursday plays host to the Fendi and Prada shows and no one wants to be on the FROW at either of those shows looking anything less than impeccable. So readers, the pressure is on!
For your consideration Charlie has pulled together three looks, and the first is a look which is all about subtle tailoring exemplified perfectly by the Fendi coat with the pleated sleeves. The second look teams one of the most sort after accessories of the season, the patchwork Junya Watanabe for Loewe bag with a skirt from the queen of pared down separates and a cornerstone in the Milan Fashion Week schedule, Jil Sander. Finally, option three is another offering from Jil Sander, a black utility jacket worn in the shoulder robing fashion.
