DEBATE: Should Kate And Wills Have Gone On Holiday Without Prince George?

Lying by the pool, soaking up the tropical sunshine, we imagine the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having a rather nice time on their luxurious Maldives break.

But one thing (or, more specifically, one little person) is missing from their ‘second honeymoon’ on Noonu Atoll – their seven-month-old son, Prince George.

His absence has sparked a furious online debate, with public opinion VERY firmly divided on whether they should have taken him… or whether they were right to heave him at home with Kate’s parent.

One blogger on Mumsnet wrote, 'I like them but am shocked by this, just makes me think they are the same old royals... Can't imagine choosing to be so far from my baby for so long.'

Yet others have supported their decision. Businesswoman Karren Brady argued, 'The Duchess is being far from selfish. She has left her child with its loving and doting grandparents; she hasn't dropped him off at Battersea Dogs Home. Nor is she uncaring - she has made a decision that her son is better off in his usual routine than being dragged to a small island in the heat.'

So what do you think? Are Kate and Wills wrong for leaving him at home… or have they made the right decision? Tweet us @Grazia_Live or leave your comments below.
