Why I Wrote This: Nina Grunfeld On Revamping Your Career

My name’s Nina Grunfeld and I’m the founder of a company called Life Clubs that helps people get more out of life through transformational personal development courses.

This week in Grazia you’ll be able to read my new four part column which will tell you how you can revamp your career in four weeks. I particularly wanted to look at this topic as I know from the people I meet at Life Clubs that many of you are currently at a bit of a career crossroads – looking for a new direction, or how to get your work mojo back.

As the Grazia survey found out this week, women are emerging from the recession with more ambition then ever and unemployment figures have dropped in the past few months. So, if you’re one of the one in four people who wants change jobs in 2014 there may be more opportunities out there for you. The trick is to make sure you’re moving in the right direction, and don’t jump from the frying pan into the fire.

Our new four-week series in the magazine will help break down the process for you, so that you can find out what you want (and don’t want!) from your dream career, plan how you’re going to get there, and ensure you stay focused and on track. You can cut out and keep the article each week to create your personal roadmap for change, and by the final week we hope you’ll be feeling clear-sighted, positive and ready to kick-start your career makeover!

Good luck!
