With thousands of young people waiting for exam results this week, youth charity The Prince’s Trust are hosting a special event aimed at inspiring young people who are at a crossroads. Whether you're struggling to find a job or feeling hopeless about the future, the Youth Forum is here to help - and there's some starry faces involved too.

Jameela Jamil, Laura Whitmore, rapper Wretch 32, Game of Thrones actor Ed Skrein as well as actor and director Adam Deacon will be sharing their stories on overcoming the odds to achieve success - and you can watch the whole thing live.
