Trailer Thursday: Top 5 Film Clips Of The Week Including The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, American Hustle And About Time

It's Trailer Thursday. Check out which big screens teasers we've been eyeing up this week...

1. The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty - 26 December

Ben Stiller plays our hero alongside Bridesmaids star Kristen Wiig. He's a man who is prone to a spot of serious day-dreaming (aren't we all?) but ends up on a real life adventure when a photo negative belonging to the magazine that he works for, goes missing.

2. American Hustle - 26 December

Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell has reunited Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence with Bradley Cooper in this thriller about a con artist and his partner who are forced to work with the feds to stitch up mobsters, politicians and the like. Alongside Christian Bale and Amy Adams, we're particularly enjoying the spectacular array of perms.

3. About Time - 4 September

What would you do if you could go back in time and relive all of those hideously awkward and cringe moments that make you want the ground to open up and swallow you whole, would you do it? It's not so much a question of if but when for Tim (Harry Potter's Domhnall Gleeson) who discovers he has inherited the family trait of time travel and uses it to try and snare a girlfriend (Rachel McAdams). As with all great Richard Curtis rom-coms, it also stars the legend that is Bill Nighy. Obvs.

4. Romeo and Juliet - TBC

We wonder if this latest incarnation of Shakespeare's classic tale will do for Douglas Booth what the nineties version did for Leo. Either way, we can't to see how Downton Abbey's Julian Fellowes has put his spin on this new adaptation.

5. Lone Survivor - 21 February 2014

Fans of Zero Dark Thirty might want to put this one in the diary. Mark Wahlberg is the star of this movie which is based on the true story of a failed 2005 mission in which members of SEAL Team 10 were tasked with capturing or killing a Taliban leader.
