Phewf! What a night. The 2013 Oscar Awards has offered up a cascade of delights. There was the all-singing, all-dancing interludes courtesy of Charlize Theron, Channing Tatum and Catherine Zeta Jones as well as the Les Miserables crew, a tingles-inducing performance by Adele, a limping Kristen Stewart presenting an award alongside Daniel Radcliffe, another tumble from Jennifer Lawrence and a whole lotta blubbering.
So that's the 2013 ceremony done and dusted, which means it's time for us to pay homage to those who bagged a golden statue. We were overjoyed when J-Law was announced as winner of Lead Actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook and despite Daniel Day-Lewis' sure-fire win, we got nonetheless choked up at his emotional acceptance speech. As for Adele, she did us proud when picking up the gong for Best Original Score - yippee! - and we couldn't be happier for Ben Affleck.
