See 'The Bling Ring' First With Grazia Film Club

In her new film, director Sophia Coppola tackles the true story of the ‘Hollywood Hills Burglaries’. The 2009 robberies which saw a group of privileged LA teenagers steal from the homes of a number of a number of celebrities, including Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton (who makes a cameo in the flick).

The film, loosely based on Nancy Jo Sales’ article for Vanity Fair, ‘The Suspects Wore Loboutions’ stars Emma Watson as one of the un-masked marauders, and is a pertinent musing on celebrity culture. Featuring an excellent soundtrack (Kanye West, Phoenix, Azealia Banks) and period perfect, eye-catching fashions, The Bling Ring is perhaps Coppola’s most resonant film since Lost In Translation.

Grazia Film Club is hosting an exclusive preview event, where lucky competition winners can enjoy a glass of champagne while watching the film. They will also get a Smashbox goodie bag as part of the deal. The event will take place on Thursday 4 July 2013 at London’s Charlotte Street Hotel, 6.30pm for a 7pm start. To apply for tickets email filmclub@graziadaily.co.uk. Winners will be picked on a first-come, first-served basis. Good luck!
