Well this could be a slightly mental yet slightly amazing idea. According to reports in the Daily Star this morning One Direction are going to open their own chain of cafes – starting with one in Japan next week where the boys are particularly big.

According to the paper if the café – opening in Shibuya - is a success they may open branches in London, New York, Berlin, Sydney and Paris. Apparently the chain could rival Planet Hollywood, but instead of being about all kinds of famous people, it will ONLY be about One Direction.

One Direction already have quite a lot of merchandise from t-shirts to dolls, mugs, pens, pencils and their own clothing lines. But what could we expect from the One D café. Here’s what we’re hoping to find in the café…

1. Booths with life size cut outs of the boys stationed in them so that you can enjoy your meal with One Direction.

2. One Direction memorabilia on the walls. A lock of Harry’s hair to look at while we enjoy a cold beverage? Yes please.

3. Signed stuff – Planet Hollywood is full of signed stuff

4. Surprise performances* *If One Direction are busy, impersonators will do

5. And On The Menu:

That’s What Makes You BeautiStew
Midnight Calamaries
Liam Payne’O’Chocolat
Harry’s Hotdogs
Grilled Dory Of My Life
