In what might be the oddest group of celeb pals ever, Saturday saw Princess Beatrice share an evening out with none other than Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. Bea, her boyfriend Dave Clark and the two Hollywood A-listers met at the swanky Duck and Waffle restaurant at the top of the Heron Tower before making their way to Calooh Callay in Shoreditch for tequila cocktails. They finished up the night at John Salt in Islington where they asked for the best 'speciality dish' and were rewarded with deep fried banana in caramel. Yum.
So which other odd celeb friendships are out there? Here's our 5 favourite.
1. 50 Cent And Bette Midler
Erm what? After working together in 2009 on the Park Restoration Project in Fiddy's old neighbourhood Jamaica in Queens, New York the two apparently became firm friends. Bette said of the rapper, "He is one of the newest members of our tribe. He has really made my life worth living. 50 has been with me through thick and thin." Amazing beyond amazingness.
2. Britney Spears And Mel Gibson
Sure why not? After Mel's particularly brutal break-up with Oksana Grogorieva, unlikely pal Britney Spears reached out to the star. A source said, “Mel has been talking to her a lot, they speak on the phone.”
3. David Beckham And Snoop Dogg
The Beckhams picked up a fair few A-List pals during their time in LA. The weirdest one though? Probably Snoop Dogg. Becks appeared on Snoop's TV show and even showed up to give the rapper's soccer team a few tips.
4. Ayda Field and Adele
The multi-Grammy winning songstress and Mrs. Robbie WIlliams enjoyed a great night together at the Golden Globes. Adele was speechless at her win for Skyfall, “Oh my god! Honestly, I’ve come out with my friend Ayda, we’re new mums, we’ve literally come out for a night out.”
5. Chris Brown and Sid Owen
Alright alright, so they probably didn't speak but the fact that the huge international celebrity Chris Brown found himself in the same picture as ex-Eastender Sid Owen is one of the best things we've ever heard.
