Lily Allen isn’t shy of an opinion or ten, but she’s surprised us with her latest revelation, by admitting that she feels ‘unworthy’ of her husband. She married painter and decorator Sam Cooper in 2011, and they have two children together, Ethel and Marnie. But Lily says she feels like she doesn’t deserve her husband. Speaking to Australia's Today, she said: ‘I still don't feel worthy of my husband. He's an amazing person. I am very lucky to even have contact with someone like that never mind be married to them and have children.’

And this isn’t the first time Lily’s engaged in some #RealTalk. Here are four other times that she’s open up recently...

On her new music:

Lily’s comeback hasn’t been quite the success we all imagined it might be, but she’s philosophical about it, telling The Mirror: ‘I put my trust in other people, which I don't usually do. I usually go with my own gut feeling but maybe I wasn't feeling as confident as I have in the past because of all the hormones. Maybe the songs aren't good enough this time, who knows? I just know I can't wait to get back into the studio.’

On her kids taking drugs:

Opening up during an interview with Women’s Hour, Lily said: ‘Because my drug taking has been so well documented I can't really do anything. Quite rightly they'd say, 'You're a hypocrite. You went and experimented and said it was a right laugh.' I'll advise them of the downfalls and the risks but I don't really like judging or implementing rules on people. I'm not that kind of person.’

On the truth about her earnings:

Speaking to Beat, Lily revealed that there’s more money in personal appearances than record sales: ‘Everyone assumes I made millions from the John Lewis ad. I probably made £8k,’she said. Speaking about person   al appearances, she added, ‘there are two levels to it. There are the GQ Awards, but also the snobby launches of a new water at Claridge’s. Pointless stuff. And we all turn up because we get paid to be there… I didn’t know how bad the music industry had got in those four years I was out.’

On her weight loss:

Speaking about her recent dramatic weight loss today, Lily put it down to her diet of crisps, saying: 'I just eat a lot of crisps, I'm not really eating a lot of proper meals [while on tour]. Only when I'm able to get to a restaurant.' A crisp diet? Why didn’t we think of that!
