Hannah Janes is George Michael's new model muse [Youtube]
Well you’d be pretty pleased if you beat 3000 other people for a job wouldn’t you. That’s exactly what model Hannah Janes did when she auditioned for George Michael’s new video, 'Let Her Down Easy'. Impressive work huh?
George released a teaser clip of the new video this morning – we’re already loving what sounds like it’s going to be a pretty amazing ballad. Plus a circus themed video? Who DOESN’T love a circus themed video?! George’s originally started working on his new album Symphonica in 2011 however it is only being released now after George was struck down with a severe form of pneumonia at the end of that year.
The full release doesn't come until March the 17th but lest we not forget that George has good form for making a cracking video starring a beautiful model muse. For 'White Light', Kate Moss - who cameoed in the video - looked absolutely amazing (yes, okay, when does she not look amazing?). According to reports Kate was asked to star by way of apology for being left out of George's 'Freedom' video some 20 years before.
And it's no wonder Mossy was a bit put out to have missed out! In 1990 - that's a whole 24 years ago, guys - George made this amazing video starring the biggest super models in the world. We're talking Naomi Campbell, Christy Thurlington, Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista. Relive the glory below...
