Cheryl Cole – sorry, Fernandez-Versini – has obviously started a trend for surprise weddings. Today it has been revealed that Glee star Naya Rivera married Ryan Dorsey last Saturday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The news leaves us with a few questions, namely...
1. Hang on, who is Ryan Dorsey?
Apparently actor Ryan met Naya four years ago in LA, after he attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Friends say that their friendship blossomed into romance in the last few months and Naya describes their wedding as ‘fated and everything we could have ever asked for.’ Here's a recent Instagram snap of the uber-chiselled groom:
2. Umm, wasn’t she engaged to someone else?
Yes. Naya was engaged to rapper Big Sean until April, when he called off the engagement following rumours that he’s cheated. At the time, his rep said: ‘After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off. The recent rumours and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately.’

3. Was Lea Michele a guest?
We’re guessing not. Firstly because the wedding is said to have only been attended by a small group of close family, and secondly because Lea was recently forced to deny that Naya was sacked from Glee after the pair had a huge bust-up. Speaking on the Letterman show, Lea denied the rumours before adding, ‘for me, if there were ever a real fight, I'd get a ring and put Jell-O in it, and I'd make it fun for everyone.’ Sounds like that could’ve made for some novel entertainment at the wedding reception.

4. What did she wear?
Naya wore a white lace Monique Lhuillier gown and carried a bouquet of daisies and baby's breath. So there you have it! See the first wedding snap on People.com
