Culture Cuts: From Frank Ocean's New Song To Naomi Watts' Latest Role

This week we chatted to future Number One-er’s Icona Pop, we remembered Beyonce when she was a Knowles not a Mrs (Carter) and we re-capped our Book Club with Revenge Wears Prada author Lauren Weisberger. Here’s the rest of our week in culture...

1) Frank Ocean's New Song

Oh he’s just so prolific isn’t he? Not content with making a guest appearance on the Jay-Z album, he just  premiered a whole bunch of new tracks in Munich, the first of which (they’re all untitled at the mo) sounded totally lush.

2) The Adore Trailer

This tense, slightly awks looking trailer sees Robin Wright Penn and Naomi Watts starring as friends who fall for each others sons. Two Mrs Robinsons? Yikes!

3) Drake – The Motion

Taken from his forthcoming album Nothing Was The Same (out on September 17), Drake is in great form on this slow burning track which features Jessie Ware collaborator Sampha.

4) Austenland clip

Keri ‘The Americans’ Russell stars in this hilarious new comedy set in an (ahem) Jane Austen theme park. This clip features comedy legend Jennifer Coolidge and Jane Seymour riffing with K-Ro (is that a thing yet?).

5) Eminem’s New Song

Guess who's back, guess who's back etc! Here’s a snippet of Symphony in H that's taken from Tony Touch’s forthcoming Piecemaker 3: The Return Of The 50 MC’s.
